Summer Meet and Greet

On July 12, 2007, VABA-DC hosted its "Summer Meet and Greet" at Ozio to welcome Vietnamese American law students, many of whom spent their summer in DC to work in government, NGOs, and the private sector.

Students from various law schools, including American, Berkeley, Georgetown, and Yale, came together with numerous practicing attorneys in the Greater Washington DC area for a fun night of networking and socializing.

Fall Cocktail Hour

VABA-DC hosted its first annual Fall Cocktail Hour on November 8, 2007 at Lotus Lounge. Approximately twenty-five Vietnamese American attorneys and law students in the Greater Washington DC area took advantage of this event to reconnect with old friends and establish new relationships with others in the legal profession.
